"goal setting is goal getting. set and get"
i think this means that when you set yourself a goal then you are gonna achieve that goal as long as you work hard on it and do play around. when you set yourself a goal then your gonna get it at the end. you have to work hard on that goal in order for you to get it. once i set my goal and my goal was to pass math class in middle school and well i worked hard on that goal all year long and at the end of the year i had passed both of my math calls and that was a goal that i set and got.
