“Presidents Day”

Presidents’ Day is an American holiday celebrated on the third Monday in February. “In life as in football, you won't go far, unless you know where the goalpost are”
I think that this quote means that in order to go far you have to set goals for yourself. This is saying that if you do not have goals for yourself than you will just stop with your life and not go higher than you are and you will not achieve greatness. When you have your goals than you will try your best to reach them then you will continue to move up and be successful with your life. When you set yourself the goals then will then know what direction to go like with the goal post and then you will go that direction to achieve them all little by little. If there were no post on the field than the players won't know where to run and also they will not be able to win anything or any points.

“Only those live who do good”
Image result for only those live who do good
I think this quote means that when you are always doing good than you are living. When you choose the right all the time than you are living a great life. You are living a life where you are not lying and always doing the right thing. You got to do good in order to feel alive to feel great about yourself and all the things that you have done. They should be able to choose the wrong also because i mean everyone makes mistakes someone will not always do right so to live you do not always have to do good. You can also do bad and feel good about it.

“I hated poverty. Poverty is more of a choice than anything else, and i can change that (poverty). It depends upon how hard i want to work, and i decided that i would change it”
I think that this quote is saying that poverty will not last forever it is meant to change. You have the power to change it you will not always be poor. But if you do nothing to change it than it will last a long time or maybe even forever. You have to work hard for it at school and also outside of school you have to get a good education so that you can study at college and then find a good job and not be poor anymore. If you choose to be poor than you will be poor but if you are willing to change it than you have to work hard for it and not fool around in college.\

“Even if everyone is doing it, wrong is never right.”
I think this means that no matter what doing wrong will never be a good thing to do. Even if there are a lot of people doing the same wrong thing that will still never be the right thing to do.  Something is not going to right just because everyone is doing it when they all know that they are making the wrong decision. When you do the wrong thing it will never be the right thing. An example will be that evil, error and darkness will never be truth even if popular.
